Just beginning this blog. I am a PhD student in Technical Communication and Rhetoric at Texas Tech University. My research interests are focused on the impact of Web 2.0/Enterprise 2.0 technologies (often called Social Media) on organizational social capital. I work for a global hi-tech computer manufacturer.
